Since no control is exercised over the product installation or use, DFW Coping represents and warrants only that its products are of a consistent quality within manufacturing tolerances. NO OTHER ORAL OR WRITTEN REPRESENTATION OR STATEMENT OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, NOW OR HEREAFTER MADE IS AUTHORIZED OR WARRANTED BY DFW COPING, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Liability for breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal basis is limited to the lesser or refund or replacement of materials proven to be defective. DFW COPING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR DELAYS OR LOST PROFITS. Communication of this warranty and its limitations to the end users is not the responsibility of DFW Coping, but should be communicated by those in direct contract with the end user. Any claim regarding product defect must be received in writing within one year from the date of purchase.

Design Cast warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of pickup, delivery, or shipment to the original customer. This limited warranty applies to both residential and commercial applications. Products that are not GFRC fire-rated and are used for fire applications are not covered. This warranty does not cover labor costs and will be automatically voided if products are not installed or used as specified.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period through this LINK. Design Cast reserves the right to inspect any product to determine the validity of the claim.

Concrete Enclosures

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Small stress cracks and surface crazing are a natural occurrence in concrete products and are not covered within this warranty. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.

GFRC Enclosures

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Small stress cracks and surface crazing are a natural occurrence in GFRC products and are not covered within this warranty. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.

Pool Coping

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Small stress cracks and surface crazing are a natural occurrence in concrete products and are not covered within this warranty. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.

Metal Bowls

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.

Non-Manufactured Products

These products are covered under the respective manufacturer warranty. Design Cast does not provide separate coverage for these third-party items but may assist with manufacturer claims.

DFW Coping HIGHLY recommends sealing coping products with a water based semi penetrating sealer. Non-sealed products may void warranty. The installer or end user shall determine the suitability of the products for the intended use and assumes all risks and liability in connection with the products.
